This site collects information you provide directly through its contact and inquiry forms — typically your first and last name, email address, phone number, and any message or property address you enter. What is not done with your information

Third-party services

This site uses a small number of third-party services to operate: Google Analytics 4 (site analytics), OpenStreetMap/Leaflet (the interactive neighborhood maps — these do not receive any information you submit through a form), and a self-hosted automation workflow that delivers form submissions and AI-assistant chat messages directly to William. Each of these services processes only what is necessary for its function.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser's privacy settings at any time; doing so does not affect your ability to use the site or submit a form.
